To Whom It May Concern:

I wanted to follow up on the following Freedom of Information request, copied below, and originally submitted on Dec. 20, 2013. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response, or if further clarification is needed.

Mr Smathers,

Thank you for following up on your FOIA request from December 20, 2013. I'm
not sure why I didn't get that one, but I do have the request dated January
10, 2014. I received it today. I understand your request to be "a log of
all FOIA requests made in fiscal year 2013."

Am I correct that you are requesting the log of requests received and
processed by my office for the Biometrics Identity Management Agency and not
all requests received by the Army?

Please verify that my interpretation is correct. I should be able to process
this fairly quickly after the clarification if my assumption is correct.
Otherwise, I'll need to forward this to the appropriate Army FOIA office for
processing.
Regards,
Dave
