This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All documents on, about, mentioning, or concerning Geoffrey Quentin McCaully Hubbard (aka Quentin Hubbard) from Clearwater, Florida. He was born on January 6, 1954 and died in Las Vegas, Nevada on November 12, 1976 with no registered Social Security Number. Proof of death is not required as his passing was widely reported: http://bit.ly/1FP25lf

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest due to Mr. Hubbard being the son of Church of Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard, the controversies surrounding his life and the strange circumstances leading up to his death that has also been widely reported:
