This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All FAA Administrator's Daily Bulletins from Jan. 1, 2010 through Dec. 31, 2013 containing the text "Flight Attendant," in digital format.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Thank you, Atilla. I have received it all.

Quick question: I know you said these bulletins are not published on weekends or holidays. Can you tell me -- are the incidents that do happen on weekends and holidays therefore left out of these bulletins, or are they included in the bulletins published after the weekend or holiday?

For example, if a flight attendant is injured on Christmas on a Saturday, is it not mentioned in any bulletin, or is it covered in the following Monday's bulletin?

Incidents that occur on days the DAB isn’t published show up in the subsequent DAB.
