Mr. Akgun,

Thank you for your response. Would it be possible to request the previous four years, as well, or would I need to craft an entirely new FOIA request for that? Since these pdfs are all digital, I'm hoping it won't be too big a hassle to include those files kept since Jan. 1, 2010.

Please let me know, and thank you for your quick response in fulfilling this FOIA request. It's much appreciated.

Best,

-Brad

Hi Brad,

Apologies for the delayed response – was on travel most of last week and out of office Monday and Tuesday of this week. Unfortunately, you’ll need to craft a new FOIA request to get the additional DABs. FAA is a stickler over release of information.
