From: Emma North-Best

It most certainly does not satisfy the request, as the materials on the website are not available, and the CACI data was removed. Further when I contacted CACI about it, they told me that FERC itself had removed the materials "for review" for unknown reasons, and that they were unaware of when or even if it would become available again. A review of the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine shows that the materials have been unavailable for years.

From: Federal Energy Regulatory Commission

We kindly ask that you indate if you are seeking to obtain specific material that is identified on the Enron page on our webpage or if you are seeking material that may discuss the availability of links on the webpage. If the latter, we kindly ask that you consider providing a date range regarding this matter. This will allow staff to conduct a focused search, as necessary, to identify information that may be of interest to you. We also ask that you indicate if you are seeking a fee waiver and/or indicate that amount you are willing to pay for fees that may be incurred during the processing of this request.

Fee information

* Payment of Fees
I agree to pay all applicable fees Fee I Agree To Pay $:
Request a waiver or reduction of fees Notify me if the amount exceeds the entered amount

Fee waiver justification:
The Freedom of Information Reform Act of 1986 provides that documents are to be furnished without charge or for a reduction in established fees if disclosure of the information is in the public interest because it is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations or activities of the Government and is not primarily in the commercial interest of the requester. If you request a waiver of fees or a reduction in fees, please explain why it is justified.
