This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

The contents of the "My Documents" Folder (or any other location used as the primary location to store electronic documents) on Dorthy Pullo's workstation and laptop computers (and any other computer assigned to this person).

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Please include in my request all computer files of any type in the specific folder specified in my initial request. Furthermore, please include files created at any time. I have identified the precise folder I am seeking access to. This gives you enough information to conduct a search. In fact, a search is not needed because I have identified the exact location of the files. All you need to do is simply duplicate the records specified. Please do so.

Thank you.

Regards,
Jason Smathers

I appeal.

I specifically described the records requested by giving their exact location on a specific employee's computer system. Please provide the responsive records.
