Ms. Akers-Healy,

The Defense Contract Management Agency has received your below FOIA request.
We have assigned DCMA control number 14-192 to your request for
administrative purposes. Please refer to that control number in
correspondence regarding this FOIA.

Be advised that various factors will impact the processing time for your
request such as the required Executive Order 12600 process and coordination
between various offices throughout the Agency; therefore, an extension to
process your request will be required due to unusual circumstances as
contemplated by DoD 5400.7-R, para. C5.2.6.3.

Additionally, please supply DCMA with a good mailing address vs. the PO box
provided. DCMA send responsive records on CDs via FedEx for quicker delivery
and FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box. If this is not possible, we will have
to send through regular postal mail, which cannot be tracked and will take
longer.
