This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Records and reports and investigative materials relating to the death of a detainee as described in the following article http://www.nytimes.com/2015/12/17/world/asia/navy-seal-team-2-afghanistan-beating-death.html and in a September 2012 CIA Inspector General report labelled "Allegation of Possible Complicity of CIA Officer in Killing of Prisoner by US Navy Seal".
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
