CMDRP Gulf War Illness Research Program FY2015 Pre-application Invitations

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

A list of the Primary Investigator names and their grant Application Titles, from Pre-Application submission information recorded in the EBRAP system, who have received an invitation to submit a grant application under Fiscal Year 2015 funding in the Gulf War Illness Research Program (GWIRP) under the following Award Mechanism categories:

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest due the recent information revealed about one of the previously awarded GWIRP ITEA grants funding a clinical trial on a controversial Scientology detoxification program. Additionally, the requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request.
