This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Statistics on the number of times per year CIA employees engage in rape in the course of their duties. Please break down statistics per year, per country, same sex / opposite sex, and use of condoms.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Your interpretation of my request is incorrect.
This FOIA request should be understood to include all instances of rape by CIA employees, agents, sources, or affiliates who commit acts of rape for any reason in any part of the world. This request should NOT be interpreted to mean "investigations of alleged rape by CIA employees during work hours on or on work premises" as you suggest.
Please search for responsive documents from January 1, 1995 to the present day.
