This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Charles "Chuckie" Anthony Nicoletti (December 3, 1916 - March 29, 1977), also known as "The Typewriter" and "Chuckie Typewriter", who was a top Chicago Outfit hitman under Outfit boss Sam "Mooney" Giancana. His death has been widely reported and is reflected at http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GSmid=47046620&GRid=48332395
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
