All documents mentioning "Bostin Loyd" who was born on March 29, 1992 and who died on February 25, 2022 (links to online obituaries below).
The term "documents" should be defined as, but not be strictly limited to, court documents, testimony, court transcripts, expert reports, memoranda, interviews, memoranda of interviews, briefs, depositions, complaints, answers to complaints, interrogatories, emails, text messages, letters, files, subpoenas, warrants, search warrants, arrest warrants, petitions, affidavits, and all files of in any electronic format in this agency's possession. This should also be construed to include those documents submitted on his behalf by any person acting as a representative or agent on his behalf.
As illustrated by the quantity and content of the obituary links below, Mr. Loyd was a public figure and the public has a compelling interest in disclosure of the requested documents.
