This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
-All training material for soldiers/recruits dealing with sexual harassment and sexual assault
-All sexual harassment and sexual assault policies
-All incident reports and/or complaints filed complaining of sexual harassment or sexual assault reported from Jan. 1, 2012 to the date on which this request is processed
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Hello,
I received a letter via USPS today stating that my request is being processed, by the letter had the incorrect tracking number. The letter had tracking number FA18-0310 in the top left hand corner, but the correct tracking number is FA17-4597. Also, a check for $119.40 has already been mailed to your office because I received a letter requesting payment to mail the request. I've attached that letter to this email. Please let me know if you haven't received the check, or if there are any other issues with this request. Thank you.
