Of the 14,900 service members who reported sexual assault last year, only 32 percent reported the assaults through official channels, and 58 percent of those who made official reports of assault experienced some kind of retaliation.

This project will attempt to break assaults down by base, branch, and rank, starting with a request to Fort Bragg for all reports of sexual assaults from 2012 to 2017.
