AQAP Inspire Article May Lead to Increased... (OIA)

The report titled "AQAP Inspire Article May Lead to Increased Efforts by US-based Violent Extremists to Produce Triacetone Triperoxide"

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest.
