To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

https://www.deadiversion.usdoj.gov/fed_regs/rules/2005/fr1216.htm

Specifically, DEA has promulgated that the Anabolic Steroid Control Act of 2004 resulted in “Removal of the automatic scheduling of isomers of steroids listed as Schedule III anabolic steroids.”

This request is for any correspondence, plus internal and external documents not limited to email correspondences, white papers, and opinions that mentions anabolic steroid isomers and/or reaffirms or contradicts the quoted portion found in the link above.

This request should incorporate such documents as requested above that have been produced any time from December of 2014 through August 23, 2019.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
