This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

1) All records concerning the creation of the policy called “Air Force Culture, Air Force Standards,” published on Aug. 7, 2012

2) and all records of Pentagon officials meeting with Weinstein and his group to discuss the policy mentioned in #1.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Can you please confirm that an complete search was conducted concerning #2 in my request. I did not see any records from that part of my request.

I expected to see at least correspondence between the USAF and Weinstein concerning scheduling meetings, and discussion over policies Weinstein was advocating for. Further, I expected some sort of notes or minutes from meetings where Weinstein was present - or perhaps video or audio recordings of these meetings.

Can you please confirm these types of records were searched for as part of this request? If they were not, can you please tell me how to proceed so that I may obtain these records as well.
