All audio and video recordings of meetings that took place between September 11, 2001 and September 20, 2001 where the president was present in the meeting and all transcripts of such meetings.
I prefer records provided in electronic format, by email is possible and by CD if not.

are particular meetings or types of meetings (for example: Cabinet
meetings) you are interested in? If you can provide any additional

materials.

I am interested in all types of meetings. However, I am looking for records related to 9/11 and the response to 9/11. If you wanted to limit the search to that topic, that would be acceptable. I made an assumption that much of what the president did in those 10 days would be related to 9/11 and the response to it. Thus, I asked for all meeting records in that time.

you want to include or exclude the following from your request:
1. Do you want to include broadcast footage. For example from CPSAN and
network news broadcasts?
2. duplicates of materials
3. Audio and video from the same event. If there is a video recording and
an audio recording of the same meeting do you want the separate audio
recording even though the same audio is captured on the video recording?
4. Do you want to include events where the press was present or only closed
press events?

this request, the fee is $5 and there are no other fees. Please be aware
though, that this would not include the video clips that are a part of this
request. It would only be the number of assets as noted in the finding aid.
If you would like to go ahead with ordering CDs for 2014-0073-F and
2014-0077-F and would like to pay via credit card, please call me at
214-346-1556 to transmit your credit card number (Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, or Discover/Novus), expiration date, and security code.
The Library also accepts checks or money orders made out to the National
