This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

A copy of the first five pages of each audit completed in calendar year 2014.

This is a non commercial request and I agree to pay fees up to $15 billed appropriately. If fees are expected to exceed this amount, please let me know before continuing so I can either expand my willingness to pay fees or narrow the scope of my request.

I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This is an appeal under the Freedom of Information Act concerning a FOIA request submitted to the Army Audit Agency. On July 13, 2014 I submitted the following FOIA request to the AAA. However, the AAA has failed to acknowledge my request in any way. Further, I have sent 13 follow up requests to the Army Audit Agency concerning this request, but every single on of them has been ignored. I have requested an estimated date of completion, but my request was ignored.

Therefore, I appeal the following:
1) The constructive denial of my request
2) The failure to provide a tracking number
3) The failure to provide an estimated date of completion

Further, I request that the AAA be instructed as to the limited ability of their agency to charge fees after failure to meet a statutory deadline as is the case with this request.

Over three months ago I have submitted an appeal on this request, however, I still have not received any tracking number or acknowledgement of either the initial request or the appeal. Please let me know if you recommend I seek OGIS assistance, judicial review, or if you will be willing to accept me request. I look forward to your recommendation and assistance with this request which has been ignored for 15 months despite my 15 attempts to make contact with the AAA FOIA office. Thank you.

I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have no commercial interest in this request. I am seeking these records for personal interest alone. I am not an owner nor an employee of MuckRock and have no financial interest in the posting of the documents on MuckRock. I am however interested in providing the records to the public free of charge, which will be accomplished by MuckRock. Therefore, this request should be placed in the "all other" fee category.

I agree to fees up to $15 billed in the "all other" fee category. If fees exceed this amount, please provide me with an itemization of proposed charges so I may either amend my request or expand my willingness to pay fees.
