Since initially making this request, I have discovered that TPD has made their SOP publicly available on the City's website, which is an act of transparency that I've only seen by major LEAs outside of MS. I think it's such a great way to foster public trust. If you could confirm that the SOP available online (in its entirety or at least regarding Policy No. 3.04 Response to Resistance) is up to date, I'd like to withdraw my request. If you cannot, please let me know, and I will complete the required records request form.
