All incident reports from and relating to 4665 N Quartz Hill Pl, Tucson, AZ 85750 between September 1, 2015, and July 31, 2021.
I request that you release records for this request on a rolling basis as they become available and in electronic form.
If your agency does not maintain these public records, please let me know who does and include the proper custodian's name and address.
I would request your response within ten (10) business days.
