The records you have requested are pertaining to an active and on-going investigation. These records are categorically exempt from production pursuant to RCW 42.56.240(1). The media release is publicly available on all of our social media platforms, but is attached in the portal for your convenience. All further media releases will also be made public on our social media. We are not releasing any other information for this active investigation.
