University of Tennessee system president executive compensation package

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

We would like to request any and all documents that constitute the entire employment agreement for President Joe Di Petro.
This request includes, but is not limited to, any formal contract, appointment letter, notice of appointment, memorandum of understanding or any other form of mutually agreed to terms and conditions governing the University President's compensation and terms of employment (i.e. the details of salary, terms of service and "perks").
In addition, we are requesting any and all documents that in any way amend, modify, extend, interpret and/or modify the original agreement.
Finally, we are requesting copies of any resolutions passed by the institution’s governing board that are related to the conditions of employment of the President/Chancellor.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.
