Tennessee + Push Inc

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any signed and/or executed contract/agreement/partnership/offer letter/proposal/memorandum of understanding between Tennessee, Knoxville and Push Inc.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

To whom it may concern,

Correspondence from 6/29/21 indicated that there were no responsive records to my public records request for "Any signed and/or executed contract/agreement/partnership/offer letter/proposal/memorandum of understanding between Tennessee, Knoxville and Push Inc."

However, on the website for the company Push Inc (accessible here: https://www.trainwithpush.com/), the University of Tennesee is listed as a trusted partner, indicating that there is some sort of agreement between these two parties.

That agreement is what my public records request has referenced. Please provide the document affiliated with Push Inc. that would result in the University of Tennesee being listed as a trusted partner on the vendor's website, or alternatively, provide me with the corresponding statute that woudl prevent this records from being disclosed so that I may investigate that myself.
