Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All email communications where John Hull is either the sender, recipient, CC'ed, or BCC'ed, sent between the dates of 1/1/2020 and 9/30/2023 and containing at least one of the following keywords: "MALETA", "Multi Agency Law Enforcement Training Academy", "529/017-01-2021-06" or "TDOC." Please include any variations that are not case sensitive. Please include all email attachments.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This request from Kent Hoover, along with 13 other requests, was consolidated into one request. I have already responded to these requests numerous times, both online and in writing. The cost to fulfill these 14 requests is over $9K. We must receive payment before we will collect the files. If you'd like to make changes to the request, you will be required to submit a new request. Requests are granted to in-state residents only.
