Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All contracts, licenses, MOUs, MOAs, data agreements, letters of intent, State of Work documents, Scope of Work documents, and other agreement documents with Fog Data Science that were active any time between 1/1/2023 and 2/19/2024.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

As a follow up to our previous communication, we have reviewed your public records request. Please be advised that the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation does not maintain a contract with Fog Data Science. However, the TBI does have an annual subscription for services during the requested period. Attached you will find document for this subscription that was active during the periods of 2022-2023 and 2023-2024.
