According to responsive documents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, there are more than 135 agencies across Tennessee are using the Thor Plus system. Please see document named "Thor_Plus_Gang".

Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All MOUs, data sharing agreements, contracts and any other agreement documents granting access to the Thor Plus system between the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and all other public agencies.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

Documents sufficient to show all public agencies who have access to the Thor Plus system. This request is not seeking the agreement documents themselves but documents which demonstrate which agencies have accounts to access the system.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
