-Any trainings and policies regarding harassment/abuse of homosexual and transgender soldiers/recruits
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This letter is in response to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, dated June 30, 2017, in which you requested a copy of any trainings and policies regarding harassment/abuse of homosexual and transgender soldiers/recruits.
Your request for records has been entered into a computer-controlled database and assigned Case Number FA-17-0714. Please refer to this case number should you inquire into its status. Your request will be answered in the order it was received.
Prior to processing this request you stated that you are requesting this "Pursuant to Tennessee's Public Records Act". We are a Federal installation and do not fall under the TN Public Law. You need to cite the Freedom of Information Act instead. Also are you only requesting information regarding Ft Campbell, Kentucky or all of the Army? That will need to be answered since it will be determined so that the correct agency answers your request.

I have tried to contact you in regards to the other FOIA request also. Our Division PAO would like for you to contact her in regards to both FOIA's you have submitted.
Her name is LTC Chevelle Thomas. Her duty phone is: 270-798-9962, Duty cell: 931-217-5074. Please call her in regards to both FOIA's.
I have talked to our local Staff Judge Advocate office and they would like for you to clarify the dates of the training you are looking for in regards to this FOIA. Is there a specific timeframe for the training?
I do have to let you know we have no recruit here at Fort Campbell, KY. We are not a training installation. We do have what you stated soldiers. The term recruits would apply to those installations that conduct Basic Training and Advanced Individual Training (school).
