Hello Mr. Hunt,

Thank you very much for your response to this request! I see that these materials are for one inspection held at Silverdale Detention Facility. I'd be interested in obtaining any available inspection materials for the following facilities:

• West Tennessee Detention Facility
• Shelby Training Center
• Whiteville Correctional Facility
• South Central Correctional Center
• Metro-Davidson County Detention Facility
• Hardeman County Correctional Facility
• Silverdale (any additional inspections)

I'm wondering if I should submit new requests for these materials referencing the particular facility as the "establishment," as opposed to "Corrections Corporation of America."

Thank you very much for your help!
Beryl

Mr. Lipton, through some type of service you have submitted a mass request for information and provided no direct method for contacting you.

I am unable to determine your citizenship of the State of Tennessee for the Open Records Act (FOIA is not applicable), nor your method of payment for the labor/time used to conduct the research to determine if such inspections were even conducted.

You may reach me at 615-741-7036 to discuss your request.

Your request will be closed in five days if there is no response.
