Hello,
I'm writing to confirm receipt of your request.
Since this is a previous request from several months ago, which was canceled as a result of nonresponse or acceptance of payment conditions, I must ask if there will be additional requests associated with this project, or have you chosen to limit the scope of your request to this one area?
As this request is the second received that is identical to an earlier request from several months ago, for the same project... and again, that request was canceled because we never received a response concerning payment conditions.
Before we can move forward with this request or others, we will need additional clarification from you.
1. Will there be additional requests related to this project? If so, those will need to be consolidated.
2. Once we know the number of files you are requesting, we can provide you with an estimate.
3. Unless you are reducing the amount of files you're requesting, I don't anticipate this differing much from your previous requests, which had a rough estimated cost of over $9K.
4. We will need written confirmation from you that you accept the payment terms.
5. Once agreed, we will send you an invoice.
6. We will need to receive your payment in advance of any work that is performed related to the request.
I'm attaching a copy of the response I mailed and emailed back in November.
I look forward to receiving your response on these requests.
