> Please advise the type of historical documentation for "safety review" you are requesting. For example, are you seeking overhead inspections and if so, are you seeking overhead inspections on all intersections.

Is "Overhead Inspection" the only type of safety review performed for intersections in Tacoma? I'm looking for documentation on which inspections were performed and where. There must be some type of work tracking so project managers can know what work has or hasn't been completed. I also expect that there must be some way to audit what work has been performed and review documents produced. If that's not the case, then it's sufficient to respond with an email response from traffic safety or traffic engineering explaining that no such documents exist and audits or safety reviews are not possible.

"- Any historical documentation of the existence of intersection safety reviews as a practice for intersections under the jurisdiction of the City of Tacoma traffic engineering or other applicable department."

Additionally, I'd like to amend this with a time window if it would speed the response. Please let me know if there's any difference between requesting this for the last year vs 5 years or 10 years would make any difference in how quickly documents could be recovered. I will be happy to amend accordingly to save you effort.
