To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the The Kansas Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any communications (including, but not limited to, emails, text messages, letters, memoranda, voicemails, video messages, audio messages, or social media messages) to or from any member of the St. Marys City Commission (including the Mayor and Vice-Mayor) which relate to the Pottawatomie Wabaunsee Regional Library. This request includes public records wherever they may be found, including communications that were sent, received, or stored on any device, service, plan, or system, whether or not provided or controlled by the City of St. Marys. This request is limited to records generated on or after January 1, 2022.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
