Pursuant to the Louisiana Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
Police reports, investigative records and arrest report for Brandon Nodier, date of birth January 1 1954, arrested in April 2012 at the St. Bernard Sheriff's Office in Chalmette and charged with the murder of Dorothy Thompson, 63, on May 2, 1985.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Our office received another letter for a records request. According to our
attorney's office, the request was fulfilled on June 26, 2023 with a
response that your office has received the request. I sent an email
on November 14, 2023 asking if there is more information being requested

Pursuant to the Louisiana Public Records Law, I hereby request the

I understand the Parish Government does not maintain police reports, but I
have been unable to get a response from the Sheriff’s Office by telephone,
and there is no email address listed on the website. I hope you can help me.

me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer
