Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

A copy of all documents, including but not limited to, applications, budgets, contracts, agreements, MOUS, and reporting documents, which document the receipt and the use of American Rescue Plan Act funding for the development of the Spokane County Sheriff's Real Time Crime Center.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Our procedure is to locate records, review them for exemptions, and then prepare them for your inspection or copying. We reasonably anticipate an installment/requested records will be available on or before December 15, 2023. If public records become available in advance of this estimate, we will let you know. Conversely, if staff encounters a need to extend our estimate, we will advise accordingly.
