In follow up to my December 28, 2021, correspondence to you regarding your public records request assigned tracking number P004357-072821, this is inform you that a first installment of records available by accessing your account via the My Request Center on the GovQA portal.  It is a ZIP file entitled "Installment 1 - 1-20-22.
The installment is comprised of records located by Internal Affairs staff of the Spokane Police Department and staff from the City's Human Resources Department.  Some information in the document entitled "C20-003_pdf.pdf" was determined to contain information exempt from disclosure and that information has been redacted.  An exemption log accompanies the report which identifies the redacted information and the reasons for and statutes relied upon for withholding the information.
In accordance with Section 6.5 of the City’s Public Records Request policy, if you wish to appeal a determination to withhold information, you may petition in writing or by email to the City Clerk’s Office for a review of the determination within sixty (60) days of the denial of access.  Please include a copy of, or reasonably identify, the part of the response to which you object.  Your petition will be forwarded to the Hearing Examiner, who will consider the petition and either affirm or reverse the determination within ten (10) business days following the City’s receipt of the petition, or within such greater period of time as the City and the requestor mutually agree to. This is a follow up to my August 24 correspondence to you regarding your public records request assigned tracking number P004357-072821.  I advised that no additional responsive records were located and sought clarification as to any additional records you may still be seeking.
I neglected to inform you that as part of our response to your request as it pertains to "emails,", staff from the City's Innovation and Technology Services Department (ITSD) performed a search of the City's email storage system (Enterprise Vault) using the following search parameters:
Time Frame:  11/16/2014 - 7/28/2021
Keywords: ("Daniel Cole" AND "Brady list) OR ("Cole, Daniel" AND "Brady list") OR ("Officer Cole" AND "Brady list")
The above search returned approximately 125 hits; however, no responsive emails were captured from the search.
As a continuation of my request for clarification in my August 24 correspondence, if you wish to have a new email search/review performed, please clarify this portion of your request by providing modified search parameters under which a new search can be performed.
Please provide this clarification, together with any other clarifications you may have for your request, by the September 25, 2023, date previously cited.  If no  clarification is received from you by that date, your request will be considered concluded and closed, and a new request will be required in this matter after September 25.
