Pursuant to the South Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

I am a journalist with the Daily Mail and would like to request records regarding Richard Alexander Murdaugh SCDC ID 00390394, SID 00565210
I would like to request his intake documents, any assessment that can be made publicly available, logs of any disciplinary issues or complaints made by the prisoner or about the prisoner and any information regarding the conditions in which he is being held - ie GP or solitary.
I would also like to request documents of any requests he may have made during his incarceration so far.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.
