South Carolina Tax Credits Data

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A list of companies that have received any of the following tax benefits going back as long as such records are kept:

— Economic Impact Zone Investment Credit
— New Job Tax Credit
— Enterprise Zone Retraining Credit Program
— Port Volume Increase Credit
— Corporate Headquarters Credit
— Job Retraining Credits
— Job Development Credit
— Capital Investment Credit
— Research Expense Tax Credit

The following information for each participating company listed:

— Name of company
— Date of the award
— Full address
— Value of incentive award
— Number of jobs or value of capital investment

Should award values be found to be exempt from the disclosure, I would like to receive a list of company names benefiting from above programs with other requested information that are releasable under the Law.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The request is made by Good Jobs First, a non-profit public interest research organization, via public information service MuckRock.com for non-commercial usage. In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request.

I would prefer the request to be filled electronically in a spreadsheet format, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
