Pursuant to the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A list of companies that have received (or have been approved for) any of the following grant programs going back as long as such records are kept:

— Governor's Closing Fund
— Economic Development Set-Aside Program
— Tourism Infrastructure Development Grant
— Rural Infrastructure Fund (RIF)

The following information for each participating company listed:

— Name of company
— Date of the award
— Full address
— Value of incentive award
— Number of jobs or value of capital investment

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The request is made by Good Jobs First, a non-profit public interest research organization, via public information service MuckRock.com for non-commercial usage. In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request.

I would prefer the request to be filled electronically in a spreadsheet format, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.
