Pursuant to the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Emails, meeting records, and any other communications between the governor's office and:
- George Ervin "Sonny" Perdue; Heidi Green; or Trey Childress
- Anyone associated with Perdue Partners LLC; Perdue Business Holdings, Inc.; AGrowStar, LLC; ProAg Products LLC; or Soque River Conservation LLC
- Any email addresses with the domains perduepartners.com or agrowstar.com
Please limit your search from January 11, 2011 to the date this request is processed.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for your email. We appreciate you bringing it to our
attention that you did not receive the prior response from this office.
Accordingly, please see attached for a copy of the April 4, 2017 letter
sent in response to your FOIA request. Per your stated delivery
preference, this letter was sent by email to the address provided in
your FOIA request. Please advise if you would now prefer to receive a
hard copy by U.S. Mail.

My earlier email from today was an automated reminder; the system had not recognized your correspondence dated April 4. I thank you for your response and wish to continue receiving letters by email.
Regarding your April 4 letter, is the lack of responsive records due to a change in ownership once former Governor Haley left office? If so, which agency is the new custodian of her office's emails?
The prior administration's records are in the process of being
transferred to the South Carolina Department of Archives and History
for preservation. At the time of your request, the constituent mail,
which would include correspondence by letter, had already been
transferred. Our office did, however, still have access to the prior
