RE: my public records request of July 10, 2013

Dear Sir or Madam:

On July 16, 2013, Christina Braden wrote, "As of this date, we have no responsive records as this agency does not have an AVL database."

Does that indicate that your agency's vehicles are not equipped with such devices, or that the data acquired by those devices are stored in a database outside your agency's possession?

Cordially,
Phil Mocek

Mr. Mocek,

My apologies for the poorly worded response. Our agencies vehicles are not equipped with AVL.
