Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All current "Brady lists" and "Giglio lists" (per Brady v. Maryland/Giglio v. United States) maintained by your office.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Hi Rose,
I’m going to forward your request to our public records officer to process through our public records portal.
But just to make sure we’re on the same page, and by way of clarification of your request, I want to give you an idea what we have.
We don’t have a “Brady List” per se. We are a small jurisdiction, and we only have one LEO employee for whom we have and disclose potential impeachment information (“Brady” disclosures). We have a memo we share that summarizes the potential impeachment information. We do not maintain lists or information for state employees unless they regularly work in our jurisdiction. I’m unaware of any current state employees (WSP, WDFW, etc.) that work regularly in our jurisdiction that have potential impeachment disclosures.
So, we can send you the name of the SCSO employee that would be on our “list” (if we had a list), or we can just send you the memo we disclose to defense counsel.
Let me know what you prefer, and we’ll get your request processed ASAP. Also, let me know if, with that information, it changes the scope of your request.

I’ve attached the “Potential Impeachment Disclosure Memo” we generally disclose to defense counsel. Sgt Taylor is the only LEO working for Skamania County for whom we have PID info.
