Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All current "Brady lists" and "Giglio lists" (per Brady v. Maryland/Giglio v. United States) maintained by your office.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

We don’t have a Brady list per se. We do have a memo on one LEO in our jurisdiction that we disclose on his cases. Can I just send you the memo?

Rose,
This is the only current memo we disclose on local LEO’s. I know there are probably PID memo’s on WSP employees, but I do not believe that there are any local Troopers who require such disclosures. The same with WDF&W and the State Parks Officers. There may be memo’s regarding their officers that work in other jurisdictions, but the ones that work locally are not on any list, to my knowledge.
