Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Current training materials used for professional development and other staff/teacher training as related to Title IX protections against sexual harassment and sexual violence. These materials may include, but do not need to be limited to, links to online resources, PowerPoint or other slideshow presentations, training manuals, lesson plans and any other printed or digital resources used to train teachers and other staff/faculty at Shelby County Schools.

Resources only available in print can be scanned digitally and delivered.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
