1. All correspondence between city-issued email addresses of The Mayor's Office and Uber Inc.

2. Records created or received by the Office of the Mayor and Uber Inc, Brooke Steiger General Manager of Uber Seattle, or any representatives of Uber Inc.

With specific regard to Records regarding any offer, proposal, arrangement, agreement, or memorandum of understanding with Uber Inc.

Including but not limited to invoices, purchase orders, contracts, loan agreements, evaluation agreements, solicitation letters, correspondence with Uber and public agencies.

3. Records regarding any offer, proposal, arrangement, agreement, or memorandum of understanding with Uber Inc.

4. All nondisclosure agreements with Uber Inc.

Please include in your search, any and all documents, correspondence, emails, training presentations, PowerPoint slides, and Microsoft Word documents, which discuss and/or solicit Uber Inc. "ride-share" service.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

After checking with our IT Department, it appears that the inability to open the documents are at your end. We are able to open them without any problem.

If you are still interested in receiving the records you can you view the records at no charge or pick them up on the 7th floor of City Hall for $1.00 on a CD. Alternatively, we can deliver the records to you in electronic format on compact disk by mail. Please provide an address and send $3.50 for the cost of the media and postage to the address below:
