I have done some research into your request, and because Risk Management will need to run an initial query regarding claims data before the City Attorney's Office can cross reference it for data regarding litigation related expenses, judgments or settlements, I am forwarding it to the public disclosure officers for Risk Management. They will be responding to you directly with data regarding claims and at that time will transfer the request back to the City Attorney's Office for any supplemental data.
At this time, Risk Management anticipates that we will be able to provide the requested records or a first installment of records on or about September 29, 2023.
Sincerely,
Thomas Corley
