Hi Bernard,

For your information, I used the search term "north precinct" within the date parameters that you supplied.

Also, in my review I am looking for communications between SPD and the Legislative Department (which includes Councilmembers, their staff, and legislative assistants). This means that if SPD staff sent an email to or CC'ed somebody at LEG or vice versa, it will be included as responsive. It will not include emails if somebody at LEG sent an email within LEG without CC'ing SPD staff.

Just want to make sure that was clear. Please let me know if that is not quite what you are looking for.

Hello Bernard,

Here is the first installment of responsive records. For this installment, I have reviewed nearly 2,000 documents, the bulk of which were constituent emails and a handful of which regarded business in the North Precinct but not related to the construction of the new station.

As I mentioned below, I used the search term "north precinct" within the date parameters that you supplied. Also, in my review I am looking for communications between SPD and the Legislative Department (which includes Councilmembers, their staff, and legislative assistants), not communications internal to the Legislative Department.

I will continue to review the documents that my search returned. Another installment or status update will be ready for you by October 28, 2016.

An installment of your records request for correspondence between City Councilmembers (and their staff) and SPD regarding the North Precinct Project will be made ready upon receipt of payment.
The cost for copies will be as follows:
To pay online, please log into the system and locate your request in the 'My Records Request Center.' Selecting the 'Make Payment' button will route you to the City's secure online payment service. Please note that you will need to disable any popup blockers in order to make a payment using the system.  Note that the uploading of records is not an automatic process and your access to the records may take 1 - 2 business days after payment.
You have thirty (30) days from today’s date to pay for your records. If the City does not receive your payment within this time period, your request will be considered abandoned, and you will need to submit a new request.
