I will search any and all records to/from anyone in the mayor's office, to/from John Lynch OR mentioning John Lynch. Here are my proposed search terms: "Dr. Lynch" OR "Dr. John Lynch" OR "John Lynch" from 7/1/2021 thru 11/30/2021.
