Will you please let me know what you mean by "the administrative tracking file"?
Meanwhile, I will run a search for any emails, SharePoint documents or any other memoranda and will check with MOS to see if any phone calls were created in regard to C167172, from January 14, 2024 (the date we received C167172-011424) through February 27, 2024 (the date we closed C167172-011424).
Pursuant to RCW 42.56.520, this is notification that the City of Seattle has received your public disclosure request.
