Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1) The aggregate number of Automated License Plate Reader “detections” (i.e. license plate scans and associated data) collected during 2019;
2) The aggregate number of “hits” during 2019.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

In accordance with the California Public Records Act, Government Code Section 6250, et seq., (the "Act"), the purpose of this e-mail is to respond to the request for documents you sent to the City of Sausalito and received by us on March 5, 2021 via email. You have requested:
