Pursuant to the California's Sunshine Amendment (Cal. Const. Art. I, § 3(b)), I hereby request the following records:
All releasable police records, including dispatch logs and/or incident reports, generated since January 1, 2003 pertaining to complaints or events for Delphi Academy of Santa Monica located at 1229 4th Street, Santa Monica, CA 90401.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest due to the widely reported controversies for the non-standard "Applied Scholastics" curriculum based on Scientology education techniques used at this private school. Additionally, the requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Your request requires the necessity to search for and collect, the requested records from several division of the police departments, as well as appropriately examine all the records that are demanded in this single request, which will be conducted with all practicable speed.
