Pursuant to the California's Sunshine Amendment (Cal. Const. Art. I, § 3(b)), I hereby request the following records:

All releasable police records, including dispatch logs and/or incident reports, generated since January 1, 2003 pertaining to complaints or events for Delphi Academy of Santa Monica located at 1229 4th Street, Santa Monica, CA 90401.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest due to the widely reported controversies for the non-standard "Applied Scholastics" curriculum based on Scientology education techniques used at this private school. Additionally, the requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
